On view: April 1 - 30, 2022 on Artsy
A headless fiddler. A crazed and cracked hand reaching longingly upward. A century of rust, a bottle filled with dust. Bleached bones, a roll of the dice. Ascendant spirits, rocks believing they are hearts. Train tracks to a china moon.

An L.A. native, Johnson relocated to the Joshua Tree area six years ago to refresh her soul and devote new energies to her artwork. Her assemblages, collages and photographs have shown in numerous Southern California galleries and venues including the Craft & Folk Art Museum, Joshua Tree Art Gallery, Hey There Projects, La Matadora and Gallery 62—where she also served as Director/Curator for two years.
